re: Guild Ranks and what they mean

TRIALS: Your trial lasts for 1 month. You can get gear and gain points same as anyone else, but anyone of rank RAIDER will get first dibs on whatever drops. You will occasionally be sat if the raid is overfull. As long as you are available to raid, you will continue to accrue points the exact same as if you are raiding with everyone else.
At the end of 1 month, based upon raid performance, raid attendance, and attitude, you will be promoted to either MEMBER or RAIDER.
MEMBER is equal to trial for loot. You wont get top priority on raid spots but youll be invited to most of them. Anyone who has low attendance, low dps, or cannot make a full raid will be placed in this category until performance or attendance improves.
RAIDER is our core spot and ideally what we want the guild to be filled with. As a raider, you will get priority to all raid spots provided you are on time, and you have top priority on all gear that drops over MEMBER and TRIAL.
It's easy to make raider, just have competitive dps (as a dps) or good performance (as a healer), along with good attendance (very important!) and dont be a D-bag. I'd say 80% who finish the trial make raider.
